Today my friend linked to a blog called “Thought Catalog” and out of curiosity I clicked through to see what it was all about. This particular post spoke right to me, and conveyed a message that I believe in very strongly.

We’ve all heard the quote, “life is too short”, and in actuality, life is the longest thing we’ve ever known or will experience.
What people should say is that life is uncertain. You never know when yours will end, when another’s will enter or merge with your own, or when it will throw you unexpected curve balls.
Life is not short. It is unpredictable, mysterious, and exhilarating. And because of this, you must always remember to appreciate each moment that presents itself, and more importantly, each person that you care for. Tell someone you love them, even if you’re scared. The last thing you would ever want is for someone you love to unexpectedly leave your life, and for you to be stuck wondering if they knew you cared or not. Don’t wonder. Make sure.
